    What does YTWL stand for in your workout routines? It’s probably on your site somewhere, but I couldn’t find it.

      Hi Terrie, it means that you shape your arms to make those letters (like doing the YMCA!). Y= arms up and outstretched, T= arms to the sides, W= arms up like Y but with bent elbows, L= one arm up, other arm out.
