Like all garden bowls, this Sriracha Sweet Potato Garden Bowl is vegan and gluten free, but it gets a special star in my book for somehow letting me eat more Sriracha than anyone ever should! Seriously, my husband has gone from predicting I’ll become a mummy (because I like everything saalllltyyy) to saying I’m just going to melt from the spicy sriracha fire! Besides my obsession with this chili garlic heaven, though, this garden packs the usual brown rice, some tomatoes, roasted sweet potato because sweet potato and sriracha go together like peanut butter and jelly, and then the not-so-usual green pea hummus. Yup, green peas. In hummus. And I’ll admit, I was really skeptical about this one… really skeptical… but trust me on this: the sweet mildness of the peas mixed with the hot sauce fire and all balanced out with the creamy roasted tots, it’s a winner, it just is!
