Is it just me or has 2016 been a whirlwind already! With all the hectic-ness (is that a word? Now it is!) of opening a small business, easy meals have become king in my kitchen so today I wanted to share with you one of my easiest but yet tastiest recipes for the busy bee. And let me add here, easy and tasty and healthy rarely all happen at once for the gluten free foodie, but this Spicy Sprout Sammie is going to change all that!

Now, it might not be common knowledge (yet) but I am a crazy Disney fanatic. I spent my whole childhood going to Disney every year and my whole adulthood convincing my husband to be a Disney fan too (he’ll probably never get to my level but he’s making progress!). Flannel shirts, hot cups of tea, and Spiced Lentil Soup, yup, winter’s here and I am so excited! Why? Because it’s soup season! Let’s just call this Sriracha Hummus recipe my gift to you this holiday season. It’s quick, it’s cheap, it’s creamy and smooth and just about the most delicious thing you could do to your food. Seriously, carrots? WAY better with sriracha hummus. Rice bowls? DEFINITELY better with sriracha hummus. Sandwiches? This stuff was made for sandwiches it’s so good on them (okay I actually did design  this recipe for a sandwich but that’s besides the point). Really, if you like spicy food at all you owe it to yourself to make a batch of sriracha hummus, it’s that good.
